we made a new cartoon, riding the wave of the Metal Gear Collab (we're entry #46, i think). it's a short, based on MGS4 and the Life Alert advert that plagues my TV.

Disc 01 released today, and we're in it. i feel pretty good about that, though a little embarrassed to have been included among so many good cartoons. ours is based on my first encounter with The Sorrow in Metal Gear Solid 3, something that took me a long, long time to get through.

unfortunately, the collab is not listed alongside my other submissions. Johnny Utah explained that the Newgrounds system was never set up to handle a collab with 50+ authors. as it stands, only 10 can be listed. but, he said, if you don't get picked [as one of the 10], you're welcome to still upload your movie on its own and in the description say it's in this collab. i know it's a shitty deal to a lot of people right now, i hope we can find a better way really soon. only recently have we come up with this idea of the huge collabs.

so, i may or may not do that, depending on how lazy i'd like to not look with my releases.

i read that Resident Evil 5 is set in Africa. white Chris explores an Africa full of infected black people. the last boss is a genetically engineered super-mammy. newgrounds should put together a RE collab when the new game is closer to release.

Hello-

today we have a new cartoon called Tree Again: Stand Alone Proxy. it took 3 months to make, and is our biggest project to date. also, it was delayed for a week so that i could play No More Heroes to completion.

i originally wrote this in 2005, so if you want to tell me i ripped something off, please make sure it predates the 2006-2008 material plane. if you like it, i will celebrate by going to baskin-robbins and getting some Lime Daiquiri Ice. if you don't like it, i'll probably drown my sorrows in a slightly larger tub of Lime Daiquiri Ice.

either way, i promise that even if you don't like it, i won't leave newgrounds in search of a more suitable niche, where our work will be appreciated.

i had to post this to make that little head stop crying because i had no posts. no one wants to see a tiny head crying all the time.
