i finished the cartoon at 9am and sent it off to Redharvest. it'll be out wednesday, i imagine.

i've only seen one Madness cartoon. also, it's almost Madness Day. even closer is collab deadlines.

Stamper's post reminded me of something... it's kind of been an inside joke for years, and now i'm realizing i should have shared it with the world. it's this thing i invented a while back. some years ago, i knew these guys, and they were always "TWO IN THE PINK ONE IN THE STINK!" but, like, seriously. like it wasn't a meme yet, they were just THOSE guys

here's a true story. one time, i was walking up the stairs with this guy, and he was into trucks and sports and models and wotever. so, we're walking up the stairs, and there's the two athletic bitches walking in front of us, so their asses are in our faces. like, literally, 2 steps away. asses. i'm wondering why we're so close to these asses, you'd think athletic bitches could walk fucking faster than some out of shape weirdos, but i look over at the guy next to me, and he looks at me, and he gives me THAT smile, and does that whole head nod thing. if you know what i'm talking about, i don't need to explain it. i'm sure you've seen that look, probably from a guy with a couple of ear spacers, in a similar situation.

so, he's enjoying this, and i just point my finger right at the thin layer of spandex in front of me, and i say:

"poop comes out of there."

the guy's smile faded pretty fast. in fact, he seemed totally confused. anyway, he was a two in the pink one in the stink phrase-saying guy, so i went home and used science for about 10 minutes, and came up with the BARRACUDA. it's three in the pink, one in the stink, or three in the stink, one in the pink (the dead barracuda, or "floater"). if you haven't thought of this yourself yet, i'm sorry i didn't post this 15 years ago when people still cared about pinks and stinks, but give it a go. let me know how it turns out.
